The Foundation considering that in our national territory there are a lot of species not yet discovered to catalogue and to register, we are in the obligation to create one study program of wild birds, which will develop in places already identified where exists the possibility for his difficult access, to find uncommon birds species in his natural status and that way taking a record and study made suitable of these species, for it we hoped to count on institutions specialized in this theme to accomplish agreements and to give them the necessary facilities for his study.

Bird, common name for any member of one of the kind of vertebrates that include plumed animals. All adult birds have feathers, although some kinds as the pelican, the kingfisher, the woodpecker and the mockingbird are naked completely when they come out of the egg.
